Arizona State University has over 100 athletes that hail from the state of Arizona that made the decision to #StayTrue2ASU and commit to Arizona State. Many know Chase Lucas and N'Keal Harry, two of the more than 25 on ASU Football's roster that developed their talent within the state.
Men's basketball transfer Zylan Cheatham has kept The Valley close to his heart, returning home to play for the Sun Devils after his stint at San Diego State.
"To put that jersey on and rep my city in front of my home fans, where I went to high school, where I grew up... it is going to be a surreal experience," says Cheatham. "I can't wait until I walk out at Wells Fargo Arena, seeing my home fans knowing I'm in the city I grew to love. I don't think I'll be able to put words to that experience."
