TEMPE, Ariz. – Five Sun Devil Baseball student-athletes earned Pac-12 All-Conference Honors, including one first-team selection and one second-team selection, the Pac-12 Conference announced on Thursday.

Eli Lingos, Jr., LHP - first team(*)
Dellan Raish, R-Fr., LHP - second team
Hunter Bishop, So., OF - honorable mention
Gage Canning, Jr., OF – honorable mention
Connor Higgins, Jr., LHP – honorable mention(#)
* - three-time all-academic, including first-team selection in 2016 and 2017

This is the 22nd consecutive season ASU has had at least two representatives on Pac-12 All-Academic teams. To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average, be either a starter or significant contributor, and have one full year in residence at their institution.
Twenty-eight baseball student-athletes have earned all-academic honors in the past four seasons.
Lingos picked up his third-straight first-team honor and graduated this year with a 3.65 GPA in the Finance program at the W.P. Carey School of Business. Lingos was also selected in the 22nd round of the 2018 MLB Draft earlier this week.
Raish, an architectural studies major with a 3.49 GPA, followed up on being named a Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball Newspaper this week with his first career All-Academic Award. Raish redshirt the 2017 season for the Sun Devils before returning to the squad to become the team's most reliable reliever out of the bullpen.
Hunter Bishop earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors for the first time in his career as well, as the sophomore completed his sophomore season with a 3.47 GPA in interdisciplinary studies.
Canning was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic team for the first time in his career as he continued to reap the benefits of one of the top individual seasons in program history. The junior liberal studies major was drafted in the fifth round of the 2018 MLB Draft this week, capping of a season that saw him named an All-American by multiple outlets and a First-Team All-Conference selection as well.
Higgins rounded out the selections for the second consecutive season, earning honorable mention accolades with his 3.26 GPA as an interdisciplinary studies major. Higgins was selected in the 30th round of this week's 2018 MLB Draft.
