LAS VEGAS – Reili Richardson scored a game-high 11 points while Robbi Ryan, Kianna Ibis and Iris Mbulito added 10 points each to help lead the No. 19 Arizona State women's basketball team to a 82-38 win over SIU on Saturday.

The Sun Devils shot a season-high 56 percent for the game and outrebounded SIU 41-23.

Sophia Elenga, who came in averaging 12 points and 10 rebounds while shooting 75 percent  (9-12) in ASU's last two games, continued her stellar play as she nearly notched a double-double for the second time in three games with nine points (3-4 FGs, 3-3 FTs) and nine rebounds.

Ibis (5-5), Richardson (3-4), Elenga (3-4), Jayde Van Hyfte (3-4, seven points) and Charnea Johnson-Chapman (2-3, four points) all combined to make 80 percent of their shots for the game (16-20).

Also getting into the scoring column for the Sun Devils were Taya Hanson (seven points), Jamie Ruden (six points), Eva Rubin (five points), Courtney Ekmark (two points) and Sanders (one point).

The Sun Devils forced SIU into 20 turnovers, with 15 of those miscues coming on Sun Devil steals. Mbulito (4), Richardson (2), Sanders (2) and Van Hyfte (2) all had multiple steals. The Sun Devils would make the most of the extra opportunities, scoring 23 points off of SIU's mistakes.

ASU led 16-12 after one period before outscoring SIU 66-26 over the final 30 minutes. ASU shot 71 percent (15-21) in the second and third quarters while limiting SIU to only 23 percent (6-26) during that same stretch.

SIU (3-3) shot 45 percent in the first quarter only to be limited to a paltry 20 percent for the remainder of the game.

ASU's only two losses this season have come by a combined eight points against No. 4 Baylor (65-59, ASU lead by as many as 14 points) and No. 5 Louisville (58-56, ASU led by as many six points in the fourth quarter).

The Sun Devils return to action next week when they host the annual ASU Classic. ASU will face Louisiana Tech on Saturday at 1 p.m. and either Alabama or Tulsa on Sunday at 2 p.m.
