TEMPE, Ariz. – The Sun Devil women's basketball team will appear on television 17 times – 16 appearances on the Pac-12 Networks and once on ESPN2 – during the 2018-19 regular season as the Pac-12 announced the league's television schedule on Thursday. ASU's 17 appearances are among more than 100 games featuring Pac-12 teams that will be carried on Pac-12 Networks (102) and ESPN2 (five).
ASU will have two non-conference games televised, highlighted by its Nov. 11 Showdown on the Rez game vs. Baylor that will be nationally televised by ESPN2. Working in conjunction with ASU's Office of American Indian Initiatives, 'Showdown on the Rez' will take place at the Bee Holdzil Fighting Scouts Event Center on the Navajo Reservation in Fort Defiance, Arizona. The game will serve as a celebration of Native American Heritage Month and also provide a platform to recognize and honor Native Americans who served in the armed forces.
Pac-12 Networks will carry 15 of ASU's 18 league games and its Dec. 1 matchup with Louisiana Tech on day one of the annual ASU Classic.

The Sun Devils are coming off a campaign in which they tied the school records for consecutive NCAA appearances (five) and 20-win seasons (five). The team will return all of its core players next season including 2018 All-Pac-12 standout and leading scorer Kianna Ibis and 2018 All-Pac-12 honorable mention/Pac-12 defensive honorable mention selection Robbi Ryan. Also returning are the team's 2017-18 leaders in 3-pointers (senior Courtney Ekmark), field goal percentage (senior Charnea Johnson-Chapman), assists (junior Reili Richardson) and steals (junior Kiara Russell).

- The Sun Devils will play a home-and-home series against seven Pac-12 schools – Arizona, Colorado/Utah, Cal/Stanford, Oregon/Oregon State – and will play a single game against UCLA (home), USC (home), Washington (away) and Washington State (away).
- All but three of ASU's Pac-12 games will be televised by Pac-12 Networks. ASU games at Washington State (Thurs., Feb. 7), at Washington (Sat., Feb. 9) and vs. Colorado (Fri., Feb. 15) will all be available via live stream.
- For the first time since 2012, the annual Territorial Cup Series games vs. Arizona will not be contested in back-to-back games. ASU will play in Tucson on Sun., Dec. 30 and then will host Arizona on Fri., Feb. 1.
- The annual Sparky's Kids to College Field Trip Game will take place on Fri., Jan 25 (11 a.m. MT) vs. UCLA.
- The Sun Devils will play their first three and five of their seven Pac-12 contests on the road. ASU will open conference play at Arizona on Sun., Dec. 30 and then will travel north the following week for games at Utah (Fri., Jan. 4) and at Colorado (Sun., Jan. 6). After returning home to host the Bay Area schools – vs. Stanford (Fri., Jan. 11) and vs. Cal (Sun., Jan. 13) – ASU will go back on the road to face defending Pac-12 champion Oregon (Fri., Jan. 18) and Oregon State (Sun., Jan. 20).
- ASU will then play five of seven games at home. The stretch will start with its longest homestand of conference play (three games) against UCLA (Fri., Jan. 25), USC (Sun., Jan. 27) and Arizona (Fri., Feb. 1).
- The Sun Devils will then alternate away and home the last four weekends of league play, starting with a trip to Washington for their only games of the regular season against Washington State (Thurs., Feb. 7) and Washington (Sat., Feb. 9).
- After returning home for rematches against Colorado (Fri., Feb. 15) and Utah (Sun., Feb. 17), the Sun Devils travel to the Bay Area for games at Cal (Fri., Feb. 15) and at Stanford (Sun., Feb. 17).
- For the second straight year ASU will conclude the regular season hosting the Oregon schools: vs. Oregon State on Fri., Mar. 1 and vs. Oregon on Sun., Mar. 3. The game against the Ducks will be Senior Day.
- Following the regular season, the Sun Devils will travel to Las Vegas for the 18th-annual Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament. After a successful six-year run in Seattle, the tournament heads to the MGM Grand Garden Arena, March. 7-10. The first 10 games of the event will be televised on Pac-12 Network with the champion being crowned on ESPN2.
- Six Pac-12 teams earned NCAA Tournament bids last season and seven participated in the postseason. The Conference boasts more NCAA Tournament victories than any other conference over the last three seasons and has the best winning percentage among peer conferences. Four teams advanced to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen in 2018, the third-consecutive year at least four Pac-12 teams advanced that far, and a record-tying three teams were in the NCAA Elite Eight. It was the second time in three years at least that many teams advanced that far.
