SEATTLE – Following two rounds of play, Sun Devil Olivia Mehaffey keeps her spot in the top-10 of the 2018 Pac-12 Women's Golf Championships at Broadmoor Golf Club.
Mehaffey is currently tied for ninth (-1) with Colorado's Robyn Choi. UCLA's Patty Tavatanakit and Lilia Vu are tied for the lead, each currently 6-under.
Madison Kerley moved up in the standings, just outside the top-10 (T12), shooting an even-72 on Monday and is 1-over for the tournament.
"Today we struggled a bit on the back nine and left a few shots out there," said head coach Missy Farr-Kaye. "Madison and Olivia are playing very solid. I believe this team will fight hard tomorrow to finish strong!"
Freshman Raquel Olmos stays in the top-25 (T24) while Roberta Liti and Sophia Zeeb are tied for 42nd and 44th, respectively.
On Tuesday, the Sun Devils will tee off with Cal every eight minutes between 9:10-9:42 am on hole 10 with Sophia Zeeb (9:10 am) starting things off followed by Roberta Liti (9:18 am), Raquel Olmos (9:26 am), Madison Kerley (9:34 am) and Olivia Mehaffey (9:42 am).
No. 1 UCLA (-3) keeps the top spot followed by No. 6 USC (+3) and No. 9 Arizona (+4) rounding out the top three. No. 25 Colorado (+6), No. 4 Stanford (+9), and No. 15 Washington (+12) are fourth through sixth followed by the Sun Devils (+13) in seventh. The top finisher between Arizona and ASU will earn a point in the Territorial Cup Series®.
