In her three games pitched, Juarez posted an unblemished 3-0 record in 18 shutout innings in the circle. Two of the three games saw Juarez throw a complete game shutout, including her third one-hit contest of the season in the series finale against Minnesota on Sunday. Juarez was exceptional in her three appearances last week as the lefty was able to strikeout 28 of the 61 batters she faced, while allowing just six hits.

Nationally, Juarez ranks in the top-50 in six different statistical categories including hits allowed per seven innings (No. 10), overall ERA (No. 35), shutouts (No. 8), strikeouts (No. 20) and strikeouts per game (No. 10). Juarez and has not allowed a run in the last 38 innings of play

The recognition marks the 85th Sun Devil to earn the Pac-12 Player of the Week honors and the first Pitcher of the Week honor for Juarez. Mackenzie Popescue was the last Sun Devil to be tabbed as a Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week, an honor she received in April of 2014. The Pitcher of the Week nod Tuesday marked the third Pac-12 weekly honor awarded to a player in the Trisha Ford era, as Sashel Palacios and Chelsea Gonzales each earned Player of the Week Honors last season.

Arizona State will be back in action tomorrow afternoon as they take on Iowa in a midweek doubleheader at Farrington Stadium. First pitch for Wednesday's games are set for 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. AZT.
