FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The No. 4 Arizona State women's golf team had another strong round Saturday at the Mason Rudolph Women's Championship, shooting a 12-under 276 as a team in the second round for a total 23-under 553 on the tournament. The Sun Devils sit in second place, three shots back of leader Arkansas (550/-26) and three shots ahead of third place Alabama (556/-20).
Sophomore Olivia Mehaffey shot an even 72 Saturday and is now sitting in a tie for 13th while freshman Raquel Olmos Ros shot a two-over 74.
The Sun Devils will finish the season-opener tournament on Sunday, teeing off between 9:40 - 10:20 a.m. CT (7:40 - 8:20 a.m. PT).

"We improved our team score by a shot and had three players in the 60's, which is awesome," said head coach Missy Farr-Kaye. "We are in the hunt and will compete hard to finish strong tomorrow. We are striving to get better every day!"
Three Sun Devils remain in the top-10, with junior Linnea Strom (69) in a six-way tie for second after day two. Junior Madison Kerley and senior Roberta Liti had even stronger outings in the second round, shooting a 4-under 68 and 5-under 67, respectively, to both crack the top-10 leaderboard.
