TEMPE, Ariz. - The Arizona State University has signed 18 student-athletes who will continue their athletic and academic pursuits with the Sun Devil Football Program, as announced by head coach Todd Graham.

The class consists of 16 freshmen, one redshirt sophomore and one junior. Five of those student-athletes were mid-year signees already on campus that will participate in spring practice.

ASU's 2017 Class Highlights:

- Ten signees were rated with four stars or higher by at least one recruiting service.

- Eight of the signees fell in the top-25 at their position by at least one recruiting service.

- 13 of the 16 high school signees are out of Arizona and Texas.

- The two JUCO signees in the class are ranked in the top two at their position nationally.

- Sixl signees ranked among the nation's top-300 overall prospects by at least on recruiting service.

- Six high school signees were recognized in The News Tribune's (Tacoma) 2017 Western Top 100.

- Six high school signees won a State Championship in their final season. 

ASU's 2017 Class Includes:

- Players from 7 different home states: Arizona (9), Texas (4), California (1), Lousiana (1), Nevada (1), Oklahoma (1) and Texas (1). The nine players from the home state of Arizona are the second-most in the modern recruiting era. 

- Nine players designated with a four-star ranking: QB Blake Barnett* (Scout^, ESPN^, 24-7^, Rivals), RB Eno Benjamin (ESPN, Rivals, Scout, 24-7), S Evan Fields (Scout), CB Langston Frederick (ESPN), S K.J.
