The Arizona State women's tennis team concluded day two of the Freeman Memorial. Hosted by UNLV, the tournament will conclude tomorrow.

Kelcy McKenna was the lone winner of the day for the Sun Devils. The All-American junior defeated UNLV's Anna Maskaljun on her home court, sweeping the Running Rebel 6-1, 6-1. In additional singles action, Nadia Abdala dropped her match to UCLA's Pamela Montez, 6-3, 6-3 while Ashlee Brown fell 6-2, 6-2. Sianna Simmon fell 6-0 6-2 to Stephanie Hoffpauir of UCLA while Amanda Marton dropped her flight two match 6-4, 6-1 to UNLV's Rumyana Terzieva.

Each doubles team put up a strong fight but could not pull out a win in the quarterfinals. Micaela Hein and Abdala pushed Marrit Boonstra and Anastasia Revzina of Florida to 9-7 while McKenna and Hannah James fell 9-8 to Mallory Burdette and Stacey Tan of Stanford. Simmons and Brown dropped their match 8-3.

The Sun Devils conclude play at the Freeman Memorial tomorrow.
