TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Jill Noe had 12 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds to lead No. 15 Arizona State to a 66-42 victory over Cal-Santa Barbara on Saturday.

Noe sparked a 13-0 run late in the first half that helped the Sun Devils (1-1) get a 37-19 halftime lead. She hit a pair of free throws and then a 3-pointer after UC-Santa Barbara had closed to within 21-15 with 6:12 left in the first half.

Noe then assisted on the next three plays as the Sun Devils opened up a 34-15 lead with 2:17 before the break.

Jenna Green scored 12 points to lead the Gauchos (1-2).

The Gauchos missed seven of their first eight shots and were just 7-for-25 from the field in the first half.

The Sun Devils opened the second half with a 14-4 run to put the game out of reach, leading by as many as 28 in the second half.

Briann January added 11 points and five assists for Arizona State, which had lost two exhibition games to the U.S. and Chinese national teams in addition to the season opener at North Carolina.
