Beginning December 30, 2019 until April 2020, 6th Street will be closed for improvements from Packard Drive to Rural Road. The Packard Drive and 6th Street intersection will remain open. At completion, 6th Street will have new infrastructure and the road will be leveled in anticipation for future development.
Future minor road construction will occur along Rural Road and University Drive to add right turn lanes. These improvements will require certain traffic restrictions but are very unlikely to close any roads to vehicular traffic.

The surrounding roads will remain open to vehicular traffic including the intersection at 6th Street and Packard Drive.
