2000 XC: One of two freshman in the starting seven all season…ASU’s second-highest finisher at the UC Irvine Invitational in first collegiate race (10th, 26:21.3)…ran an 8,000-meter season best at the Pac-10 Championships (24:53.7, 36th).
High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and three-year letterwinner in cross country…placed second at nationals…four-time all-county and Sunset League MVP…C.I.F. champion in the one and two miles…All-C.I.F. and All-American selection, while garnering all-county accolades all four years.
Personal: Majoring in exercise physiology…parents are Mike and Trish Bousquet…has a younger brother Chris (15)…born Dec. 8, 1981, in Fullerton, Calif.
