Last Time Out For The Sun Devils
Arizona State hosted the first Division I home game in its history Tuesday night against UCONN and dropped the 5-2 decision. Jordan Masters shined for the Sun Devils, collecting both their goals – on the power play. Joey Raats assisted on both tallies, giving each of them their third multi-point performance of the season. David Jacobson made the first start of his career against a Division I opponent and made 36 saves.

Last Time Out For The Bulldogs
Yale picked up an overtime 3-2 win against Massachusetts Tuesday with John Hayden netting the game-winner. Hayden scored twice for the Bulldogs and Ted Hart had the other. Joe Snively assisted on both of Hayden’s goals, the second and third of the night for Yale. The defense played strong in front of goaltender Alex Lyon, only needing to make 16 saves in the winning effort.

Powers On The Desert Hockey Classic
“The Desert Hockey Classic is a great opportunity to show what Sun Devil Hockey is all about. We get to showcase our program on a national stage and we could not be more thrilled that three great programs are joining us in making history.”

Against The Bulldogs
Sun Devil Hockey has never played Yale. ASU has played against three different ECAC opponents for a total of five games: one against Quinnipiac, two against Clarkson and two against RPI.
