Several draftees in New York took time to answer some questions following their selection at the NFL draft. This installment comes from DE Terrell Suggs, chosen 10th overall by the Baltimore Ravens.
Were you surprised to be drafted by Baltimore?
Yeah, kind of, but still happy. They called me about 30 seconds before they announced it, and said, "You're in, you're our guy."
Have you been getting calls from your friends back home in Arizona who thought you'd be drafted by the Cardinals?
Not yet, but everybody did think I was going to be a Cardinal. But when it was their pick, they traded. I'm just glad that I went.
