Kristina Klemenz joined the Athletics Department in 2021 and serves as the athletic trainer for the Men’s and Women’s Swimming program. She comes to Tempe after spending two years at Wingate University.
A native of North Haven, Connecticut, Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Sacred Heart University in 2019 and her Master of Arts in Sports Management with a specialization in Athletic Administration and Compliance.
She is a certified and licensed athletic trainer and holds a certification in Owens Recovery Science Personalized Blood Flow Restriction. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
When she is not at work, Kristina loves to go to the gym and lift weights, hiking and hanging out with friends. She also enjoys being a mom to her cat, Hazel.
