Tom Collins or “TC” returned to ASU in July 2013 after spending six and a half years as Athletic Director at Ball State University.
Prior to departing ASU for Ball State, TC spent 20 years with in Sun Devil Athletics in various roles including: Assistant AD Operations, Associate AD, and Senior Associate AD from 1985-2005. TC also worked in the Sun Devil Ticket Office from 1976 until January 1983. TC was ticket manager at Washington State in 1983 and was Assistant AD for Ticketing at University of Miami from 1983 until returning to ASU in 1985.
Tom and his wife Kathy have two children, daughter Eryn, and son-in-law Brent Brener of Chandler, and son Rob Collins who lives in New York City. TC and Kathy have two grandsons, Carter and Cade Brewer who are Junior Sun Devil Club members.
