Gerry Garcia, a native of Helotes, TX, joined the sports medicine staff in 2012. He was promoted to Director of Football Athletic Training in 2014.

Gerry completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Following his time in Austin, he went on to earn his Master of Science from the University of Kentucky in 2008.Â

Gerry is a certified and licensed athletic trainer and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
