2018-19 (Sophomore):
- Placed fourth in 82 kg at U23 Nationals and went 5-2 (Nov. 15)
- Went 0-2 at 2020 Senior Nationals in 87 kg Greco-Roman
- Finished the season tied for the team-high in wins via pinfall (2) and two bonus point victories
- Placed third at the Pac-12 Championships in 184 lbs.
- Finished in second place at the Journeymen Collegiate Classic (Nov. 10) at 197 lbs.
- Selected to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
- Appeared in 10 matches for the Maroon and Gold going between three different weight classes (184, 197 and HWT)
- Earned a dual victory at North Carolina, defeating Joey Mazzara by a decision to help secure ASU’s seventh top-25 win of the season
- One of six Sun Devil wrestlers apart of Barrett Honors College
- Placed third at 184 lbs. at the Pac-12 Championships
2018-19 (Sophomore):
- Redshirting season
- Competed for Sun Devils at 197 lbs at Pac-12 Championships
- One of two Academic Wrestlers of the Year at annual team banquet
- Barrett, the Honors College member
- Competed at Junior World Team Trials in Rochester, Minn. in May 2018
- Won 2017 USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals and a CIF state championship at 220 lbs
- Ranked in the top-20 in the nation by InterMat and FloWrestling
- Helped lead Buchanan High School (Clovis, Calif.) to a state championship in 2017 as the team finished No. 2 in the nation
- Originally committed to the University of Pennsylvania but decided to re-open the decision upon a coaching change for the Quakers
- Majoring in Business Finance
