- Pinned Josh VanTine in 2:31 in a dual against Northern Colorado.
- Pinned Cole Rice in 3:20 in a dual against Boise State.

- Graduate of Spring Valley High School (Las Vegas, Nev.).
- Posted a career record of 223-19.
- Three-time Nevada state high school wrestling finalist.
- Went undefeated (54-0) his senior year to become the state champion.
