• Collected 7 digs against Northern Illinois (Sept. 14).

High School:

• Played four years of varsity volleyball at St. Mary’s High School under coach Jackie Bunker, ASU’s current director of volleyball operations.
• Named team captain as a senior.
• Named to Division 1 Section 1 First-Team as a senior.
• Selected to the Millennium Madness All-Tournament Team as a senior.
• Earned Division 1 Section 1 Second Team as a junior.
• 5A Division 1 Desert Valley Region Honorable Mention as a sophomore and junior.
• Also played with the Shenu Volleyball club team, coached by former ASU volleyball Assistant Coach Linda Hampton-Keith.
• Also competed in track and field at St. Mary’s HS.
• Non-sport honors include the Hispanic Women’s Corporation Youth Institute Chair, member of the Honor Board, National Honor Society, and St. Mary’s High School Student Council.

Personal:

Daughter of Mark and Joni Mazon.  Pursuing a degree in Communications at Arizona State. Cousin, Analise Rubalcava, played softball at the University of New Mexico.
