HIGH SCHOOL
- Qualified for the USA Swimming All-Time Top 100 Age Group times in the 50 free and was 2015 high school state champion in same event
- Selected a 2015 Academic All-American, Fazio earned All-America honors in the 50 free, 100 free, and 100 backstroke in 2015
- In 2014, she was a finalist in the 2014 Speedo Winter Junior Nationals in the 50 free.
