2008-09

• After playing in every game for ASU the last two seasons, missed the first six games of the season with a hand injury she sustained during preseason workouts before returning to the lineup against UC Irvine (Dec. 6). Became a regular starter after her return and went on to start 27 games.

• Earned Pac-10 Academic honorable mention honors.

• Made 58 percent of her field goal attempts in Pac-10 play and was successful on 64 percent of her shots (32-50) in ASU's last nine games of the season.

• Led ASU in rebounds (7) in win vs. Xavier (Dec. 21).

• Grabbed seven rebounds including three offensive boards to help ignite come-from-behind victory at Arizona (Feb. 21).

• Scored 10 points (5-7 FGs) in win vs. Washington State (Feb. 28).

• Scored eight points (4-7 FGs) in ASU's 63-41 upset of No. 9 California in Berkeley (Mar. 7).

• Posted career-best marks in points (12) and field goals (6) in ASU's Pac-10 Tournament quarterfinal against USC (Mar. 13).

• Had the best all-around game of her career in ASU's first round NCAA Tournament win over Georgia (Mar. 21). Made all six of her field goal attempts and scored a career-high 12 points for the second consecutive game. Also grabbed season-best 11 rebounds (one short of her career high) to account for the first double-double of her career.

• Made 3-of-4 shots and grabbed five rebounds in ASU's 63-58 second round NCAA Tournament win over Florida State (Mar. 23).

• Scored nine points and grabbed six rebounds in ASU's Sweet 16 win over Texas A&M (Mar. 29).

2007-08

• Played in all 33 games.

• Finished fourth on ASU in field goal percentage (48.3).

• Hit 51.1 percent of her shots over the season's last 15 games.

• Scored six points in back-to-back games vs. Yale (Nov. 19) and vs. Oklahoma (Nov. 22). Also added six
rebounds vs. Yale.

• Tied her (then) career best with eight rebounds in ASU's 66-63 win over USC (Dec. 30).

• Recorded career-best marks in rebounds (12) and assists (4) vs. Stanford (Jan. 20).

• Made first start of her career at Washington (Jan. 24) and scored a career-best 11 points on 4-4 shooting.

• Scored seven points, grabbed six rebounds and had two steals and two assists in win at Washington State
(Jan. 26).

• Made four of seven field goal attempts and tied her career best with three steals in win vs. Arizona (Feb. 8).

• Tied career-best mark in steals (3) in NCAA First Round win over Temple (Mar. 23).

2006-07

• Key reserve who was one of four Sun Devils to play in all 36 games (12.6 minutes per game).

• Despite being ninth on the team in minutes per game, still managed to finish second on the team in offensive
rebounds (47).

• Recorded five or more rebounds eight times, including a career-best eight boards in back-to-back wins over Washington State (Jan. 4) and Washington (Jan. 7).

• Scored a career-best 10 points on 4-6 shooting in the second game of her career in ASU's 67-49 win over No. 18/20 New Mexico (Nov. 12).

• Had a career-best three blocks to go along with four points, three rebounds and one steal in ASU's 68-57 win at USC (Feb. 15).

• Recorded seven rebounds, four points and two steals in ASU's 59-54 win at Arizona (Feb. 24).

• Came through with quality minutes in the Pac-10 Tournament, scoring six points and grabbing four rebounds in back-to-back games vs. UCLA (Mar. 3) and California (Mar. 4).

• Played 20 minutes, scored six points, grabbed three rebounds, had two blocks and made the first three-point field goal of her career in ASU's 67-49 Sweet Sixteen win over Bowling Green (Mar. 24).

High School

• A 2006 graduate of St. Mary's High School in Phoenix.

• Along with current Sun Devil freshman Dymond Simon, helped lead St. Mary's to 5A State Championships in 2003-04 (35-0 record) and 2005-06 (26-4 record) and a runner-up finish in 2004-05 (28-5 record).

• Finished her St. Mary's career second on the school's all-time list in both rebounds (903) and blocked shots (267) and fourth in most points (1,377).

• Set the school single-season record for blocked shots with 95 in 2004-05.

• Made 53 percent of her shots during her career.

• Earned all-state, honorable mention all-state, all-region, and honorable mention all-region during her four years at St. Mary's.

• Captained her team for one season.

• Scored a career high 32 points during her junior season and collected a career high 18 rebounds as a sophomore.

• Was a member of the National Honor Society and received an Academic Letter.

• Was also a member of her school's varsity volleyball team.

Personal

• Major is BIS (psychology and family studies).

• The daughter of Jerry (self-employed) and Laura Murphy (homemaker) of Mesa, Ariz.

• Has five siblings: Sarah (25), Jennifer (22), Trenton (17), Natalie (15), and Connor (10).

• Lists making it to the Elite Eight as her most exciting sports experience.

• Hobbies include spending time with friends and family and going on outdoor adventures.
