• Excellent 3-point shooter who was limited by injury freshman and sophomore seasons (played in 12 games).
• Played in 11 games as a freshman and led the team in 3-point FG pct (50.0/9-18).
• Was named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll as a sophomore.
• Connected on all 3 of her 3-pointers and scored 9 points in 1st half of her Sun Devil debut vs. Baylor (Nov. 11).
• Along with Sun Devil teammates Reili Richardson, Robbi Ryan, and Jayde Van Hyfte, participated in the USA Basketball Women's 3x3 National Championships in May of 2019.
• A 2018 graduate of Moses Lake High School (Moses Lake, Washington), Loera concluded her high school career with 1,526 points in helping Moses Lake post four-straight top five state finishes, including a third-place finish in 2018.
• A nominee for Gatorade Player of the Year and the McDonald’s All-American Team in 2018, Loera earned AP First-Team All-State of WA and Columbia Basin 4A Player of the Year honors as a senior in addition to being named to the First-Team All-Conference Defensive Team.
2019-20
• Played in one game due to injury (at New Mexico State).
• Was named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.
2018-19
• Led the team in 3-point FG pct (50.0/9-18) .
• Connected on all 3 of her 3-pointers and scored 9 points in 1st half of her Sun Devil debut vs. Baylor (Nov. 11).
• Added 8 points in win at Arkansas (Nov. 18).
• Had season highs in minutes (18) and assists (4) in win over SIU (Nov. 24).
• Scored 4 points to go with 2 assists, 3 rebounds and career-high 2 blocks in win over La Tech (Dec. 1).
HIGH SCHOOL
• A 2018 graduate of Moses Lake High School (Moses Lake, Washington), Loera concluded her high school career with 1,526 points in helping Moses Lake post four-straight top five state finishes, including a third-place finish in 2018.
• A nominee Gatorade Player of the Year and the McDonald’s All-American Team in 2018, Loera earned AP First-Team All-State of WA and Columbia Basin 4A Player of the Year honors as a senior in addition to being named to the First-Team All-Conference Defensive Team.
• Loera, who was selected to play in the WA/OR ALL-STAR game in Portland, was also named to USA Today’s ALL-USA Washington Girls Basketball Second Team in 2018 after helping lead Moses to a third-place finish in the state tournament.
• In February 2018, Loera, who would go on to be named Moses’ Female Athlete of the Year, broke the school single-game school record for most points (previously held by her sister Jessie) with 38 against Woodinville.
• Earned AP Class 4A All-State Honorable Mention in 2017 for a season in which she averaged 17.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 3.3 steals. Decorated junior season included being named First-Team All-State by both the Tacoma Tribune and Seattle Times, 4A MVP All Conference Offensive Player of the Year, 4A All Conference Defensive Player, and Second-Team All-State Tournament Team.
• Became team captain as a sophomore (also captain as a junior and senior) in 2016 when she earned numerous honors including Second-Team All-State Tournament Team, First-Team 4A Big 9 All Conference Defensive Player, First-Team 4A Big 9 All Conference Offensive Player, Second-Team All-State 4A Tournament Team.
• Name Second-Team All-League Offense as a freshman in 2015.
• Played for Spokane Stars club team.
Personal: Birthday is August 24th…Parents are Javier and Lori Loera…Has three siblings: Josh, Jordan and Jessie…Major is Business (Sports Business)…hobbies include sports, camping, cooking…Mother and oldest sister (Jordan) both played basketball at the University of Oregon, second youngest sister (Jessie) played basketball at Gonzaga University and brother (Josh) played basketball at Big Bend Community College.
