Senior (2022):

  • Scored 19 goals on the season
  • With 16 assists, she tallied 35 total points
  • Her 29 steals were third-most on the team behind Vanda Baksa (35) and Lara Kiss (37).
  • Her 11 field blocks were also tied for third-most on the team.
  • 108 career assists for McDowell sit at 9th all-time in the program's recordbooks.
  • Named to the MPSF All-Academic team with her 3.05 GPA.
  • Had a season-high 4 steals against #14 Long Beach State on 2/25/22.


Junior (2021):

  • McDowell went 45-20 in opening sprints, which was third most sprint wins in the NCAA.
  • She recorded six multi goal games, and two of those with three or more goals. 
  • She tallied 37 steals which was second best on the team behind Bente Rogge, and sixth best in the NCAA.
  • Had a career-high five steals against No. 17 San Diego State.
  • Had a career-high four goals against No. 22 California Baptist and recorded 26 goals on the season
  • McDowell was top-four on the team in goals, assists, field blocks, and steals. 
  • Named to the MPSF All-Academic team for the second time in her career. 


Sophomore (2020):

  • In her second season in Tempe, led the MPSF in total steals (25) and steals per game (1.47).
  • Scored in 10 games for the Sun Devils, including four multi-goal performances.
  • Had a career-high four assists along with two goals and two steals in a 19-4 win over Ottawa University of Arizona (1/25).

Freshman (2019):

  • Scored her first career goals in a at the ASU Invitational in a 16-8 win over Marist (1/12), notching two.
  • Had a career game in a 19-7 win against Iona at the Cross Conference Challenge (2/2), recording two goals and four steals. 
  • Compiled 17 steals on the season.

Previous:

  • Named the U19 MVP at Canadian Nationals
  • Named MVP as she helped lead her team to a gold medal at the UANA Junior Pan American Championships in 2018
  • Youngest athlete to be named to Water Polo Canada's roster for the 2017 FINA World Women's Junior Water Polo Championships where she was a teammate of fellow Sun Devil P.J. Allin
  • Selected to the Water Polo Canada U17 Women's National Team that won the bronze medal at the 2017 U17 Pan American Championships in Peru
  • A member of Water Polo Saskatchewan, McDowell and her team earned their first Canadian Senior Women's Water Polo title in Toronto in April 2017 as McDowell was selected Most Valuable Defensive Player of the tournament
  • In May 2017, Team Saskatchewan captured the silver medal at the National Championship League water polo finals in Calgary and McDowell was tabbed as the tournament MVP
  • Her club team took home first place at the U19 Western Championships in 2017 with McDowell selected to the tournament's All-Star team
  • While at Martin Collegiate, McDowell served as the team captain of the school's soccer team
  • Earned a bronze medal in the 200 breast at the Canadian Junior Nationals
