Geli Cyr joined the coaching staff as a student assistant for the 2025 season.
Cyr was a four-year Sun Devil, playing from 2021-24 as an outside hitter. She was part of a major turnaround for the program, helping Arizona State win its first conference championship in program history in 2024, winning the Big 12 in its first season in the conference. She also helped ASU make the NCAA Tournament in 2023 and 2024, the former being the first time since 2015. That year, the team won two matches. She earned numerous accolades, including earning AVCA All-America Honorable Mention status her senior year in 2024. She also was named to the 2024 All-Big 12 First Team and 2023 Pac-12 Honorable Mention.
