If you could have dinner with anyone from any era, who would it be and where?
My great grandparents, at their dining room table. 
One word to describe your feeling when you were put on the ASU uniform for the first time: Blessed.   
Where is your favorite place to run in Phoenix? Papago Park.  
You have a chance to go watch one past sporting event live (any sport) ...what are you going to? Down-hill mountain biking.  
MLB players pick a song to play on the PA system when they step up to the plate. You are a MLB player. What song is playing as you dig into the batter's box? All Star by Smash Mouth. 
What did like best about your hometown? That there were many opportunities to excel and become who you wanted to be if you didn't conform to the norm.  
A movie you have watched more than once and will watch again: 13 going on 30. 
Favorite song from your favorite artist? The Sun - Parov Stelar. 
Are you a good dancer? When is the last time you danced? I’d like to think so. Not a serious dancer by any means though. I prefer a good laugh and dance in the kitchen.  
What is one of your favorite quotes?  “There is no losing, only learning. There is no failure, only opportunities. There are no problems, only solutions. What failure is, failure is the mother of all success” - Pitbull 
What is your favorite form of exercise? Mountain Biking. 
Favorite hiking spot? Grand Tetons, Jacksonhole WY. 
Who has been the biggest influence on your career? Professor Hejduk.  
If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be? I do not have a particular event in mind, but I think I would like to witness any past event just to get a new perspective or outlook on what had occurred.  
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? Speak another language. 
If you could meet anyone, past or present, who would it be? Jesus’ 12 disciples.  
What did you do growing up that got you into trouble? Wrote in red permanent marker all over the white walls of our first house.   
What story does your family always tell about you? My mom always reminds me that when I was younger I would draw smiley faces when I was upset about something.  
If you were a character on a TV show, which one would you be? Joanna Gaines. 
If someone wrote a book about your life, what would they title it? Fixer Upper. 
Name one thing about yourself that most people don't know: That my birthday is on Earth day. 
 If you could live during any time period when/where would it be and why? I would want to go back to Ancient Greek times to see how they went about building the Parthenon.  
What is the most important thing that a parent/grandparent taught you? All you can do is ask. If you don’t ask the answer is automatically no.  
What was the single-biggest challenge of your life? Finding what I have been called to. 
What is your favorite road trip destination? Jackson Hole Wyoming. 
What toppings do you get on your pizza? Everything. 
Favorite pro athlete you have been around?  Michael Phelps. 
What I know now that I wish I knew in high schoolBe your most authentic self, you don’t need to be a walking resume.

Last book I read: A Walk Across America. 
What was the first concert you ever attended? Hobo Johnson, with Mom Jeans at the VanBuren. 
My favorite month...November- a time for lots of changes. 
Something I have not done, but I will...Bike across America. 
What is your favorite holiday and why? I really enjoyed celebrating St. Nicolas. It was a way for us to connect to our German roots and wasn’t something many families did celebrate so it felt extra special growing up as a kid.  
What three words would you use to describe yourself? Reliable, Big-hearted, and Detail Oriented. 
If you could be on any game show, which show would you choose? Survivor. 
What is the most useful app you have downloaded? BLB. 
What is your best childhood memory? Early mornings spent on the river fishing in Missouri.  
You have just won the lottery, what is your first purchase? Land to eventually sell later or a house to fix up and then sell.  
What is your favorite sport to watch? Cyclocross, track, or mountain biking. 
What is your favorite food? Blueberries. 
What is your favorite restaurant? Diablo Burger in Flagstaff, AZ. 
What do you miss the most about being a kid? I miss the mindset of being a kid when my head wasn’t a place of limitations indicating what I can and can’t do.

2019-20 (Junior):
  • Placed 15th overall at the Central Regional Qualifier (9/1)
  • Finished ninth at the West Regional Qualifier (9/15)

2018-19 (Sophomore):
  • Finished 11th among women (32nd overall) at the 9/11 Heroes Run in Tempe (Sept. 1)
  • Finished 15th at the East Regional Qualifier (Oct. 20) in Huddleston, Va.
  • CTCA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention

2017-18 (Freshman):
  • Practice squad
Previous:
  • Elite multisport athlete, competing in cross country, swim & dive, and track & field
  • Named both a Junior Elite All-American (2015) and Youth Elite All-American (2014)
  • In 2013, she was named Most Optimistic by her cross country team
  • Named Hardest Working on her swim team (2013-16)
  • Academic All-Conference and Scholar-Athlete (2015) and was a National Honor Society member
  • Received the Scholastic Art Award: Silver Key
  • Competed for Team USA Juniors at the 2015 Monterrey CAMTRI Junior American Championship in Monterrey, Mexico
