Prior To ASU
Maston, an infielder out of Paraclete High School in Lancaster, Calif., plays predominately at shortstop and catcher.
Rylee, the daughter of Scott and Paula Maston, has one younger sister, Makayla. She enjoys soccer and off-road sporting in her free time. Matson will arrive on campus in the fall of 2017 and look to enroll in classes that will lead her to becoming a thoracic surgeon. Rylee chose ASU over Oregon, UCLA and Notre Dame.
- Appeared in 15 games in her freshman season, receiving the start in six matchups.
- The freshman received her first career base hit in a pressured matchup against South Carolina in the NCAA Super Regional.
- Was honored at the Golden Fork Award Banquet as the team's Scholar Athlete of the Year after finishing her freshman season with a 4.0 GPA.

- Maston has earned Athlete of the Year honors following each of her high school seasons.
- Following her first season at Paraclete, Maston earned Second Team All-League honors, but has since earned First Team recognition in back-to-back seasons including claiming Player of the Year honors following the 2015 season.
