2012 (Senior):
Finished the season with five runs on 15 hits, including a double against Illinois State (Feb. 19)and one home run against Wichita State (March 1). Concluded her career with 77 games played, six runs, 25 hits, 17 RBI, 11 walks, a .281 batting average, and a.337 slugging percentage.

2011 (Junior):
Continued to assist the squad as a utility player, making an appearance in 8 games. Nikole hit .500 on the year, with four hits on eight at-bats. She also notched one RBI for the Devils.

2010 (Sophomore):
Nikole showcased her array of talents coming in as a utility player for 12 games which saw her hit .133 in only 15 at bats. While Nikole remains a potential power hitter at all times, she also shows immense prowess in filling any role needed, showing chops both behind the dish as catcher and in the infield at first.

2009 (Freshman):
Yielded a season which saw her hit .308 in the 14 games that she appeared in. While compiling four hits, one for a double, Afusia also drove in two runs while hitting a .385 slugging percentage in her 30 at-bats. Her .357 on-base percentage also made her threat at the plate as most of her appearances came during pinch-hits. Her fielding was solid as well as she held steady as a back-up catcher with a 1.000 fielding percentage on the season.

Personal:
Nikole hails from Midway City, Calif. where she was a letterwinner in softball and volleyball. Named Rookie of the Year at Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach, Calif., where she went on to attain a .500 batting average. The California talent also earned an impressive 40 RBIs and was named to the first team All-League. The interdisciplinary studies in social welfare and sociology major was born to Lee and Tricia Afusia. Nikole has one brother, Kody, who plays football at Hawaii. Her full name is Nikole Silei Afusia.
