Battled a recurring injury toward the middle of the season, limiting him to just seven matches
Notched two straight singles victories, the first coming in a 6-0, 7-6 (5) win over SMU and the other 6-1, 6-3 over Tulsa in the BNP Paribas Open (3/16-3/17)
