REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2021-22)
- Competed at his first Pac-12 Championships, in which he placed 12th in the 1650 free and 21st in the 500 free (3/2-3/5)
- No regular season; entire roster redshirted
- Placed first at the Speedo Sectionals- Four Corners in 2021
- At the 2021 Arizona Senior State Championships, Plattel placed fifth in the 500 Y Free event
- In 2019, the Pleasonton, California native was a three-time champion at the Speedo Champions Series, placed first in the 200 Y Free, 500 Y Free, 1650 Y Free, as well as a second-place finish in te 200 Y Fly
- At the 2019 PC OAPB Far Western LCM Championships, Plattel received two first place finishes in the 400 L Free and 800 L Free, as well as a third place finish in the 200 L Free
