- Was a four-time state champion and eight-time individual All-Ohioan
- Was a three-time Canton Repository Stark County Swimmer of the Year
- The redshirt freshman placed second in the 50 L Fly and seventh in the 500 L Free at the 2021 Speedo Sectionals
- At the Lake Erie Senior Championships, Rose was the champion in the 100 Y Fly event, had two second place finishes in the 100 Y Back and 50 Y Free event, as well as a fourth place in the 100 Y Free
- At the same event, the Lake Erie Senior Championships, in 2020 Rose was the champion in the three events: the 50 L Free, the 100 L Free, and the 50 L Fly, as well as a second place finish in the 100 L Fly, third place in the 50 L Back, and fourth place in the 100 L Back
