- Was a four-year member of the varsity swim team at Pearland and named team captain his senior year
- Named Most Valuable Swimmer his freshman to junior year and achieved the highest GPA on the swim team during his freshman to junior year
- Was a finalist in the 6A state meet in the 100 back during his sophomore and junior years and 100 fly finalist
- Speedo Junior National Qualifier in 2016, 2017 and 2018
- Held his high school's record in the 200 back, 200 back, 100 free, 200 free and 500 free
- Says his most exciting moment in sports wa when he made finals at Winter Junior Nationals
- Looking forward to the world-class coaching staff and highly ranked business school where he can continue his swimming and academic pursuits
- Lists hanging out with friends and family, playing golf and playing video games as his hobbies
- Chose ASU because of the enormous appeal both academically and in the pool
