2023-24 (Arizona): Three-time NCAA Championship qualifier in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly... Two-time NCAA Championships relay qualifier in the 200 free and 200 medley relays... Earned CSCAA Second Team All-America honors for his performance in the 200 medley relay at NCAAs (16th place, 1:23.89)... Pac-12 Championship finalist in the 50 free (4th place, 19.08, NCAA B cut)... Two-time Pac-12 Championship relay finalist in the 200 medley relay (2nd place, 1:22.90, NCAA A cut, program record) and 200 free relay (3rd place, 1:15.97, NCAA A cut, matched program record)... Before Arizona: Attended Lincoln Southwest High School... Lettered four years in swimming under coach Ross Mueller... Seven-time individual Nebraska state champion...Two-time team state champion... First team All-America 2020, 2021, 2022... Also swam for Lincoln Select Swimming for 11 years under coaches Nikki Sheets and Uriah Reiners.
Personal: Tommy Palmer, son of Mark and Amy Palmer... Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska... Two brothers, Derek and Dylan... One sister, Alana, swam four years for Wisconsin... Chose Arizona because “it felt like home when I visited a few years ago. The team seemed super fun and it just seemed like the right place for me.”

2024-25 (Junior):
- In the NCAA Championships, he helped the Sun Devils place second in both the 200 free relay (1:13.05) and the 400 free relay (2:43.22).
- At the Big 12 Championships (2/25-3/1) he was third in the 'A' final in the 50 free, fourth in the 100 fly and the 100 free (42.00) and was part of the winning 400 free relay team.
- In a meet against Arizona, he finished second in the 50 free (18.98) and third in the 100 free (42.47). He also helped the Sun Devils win the 200 free relay (1:14.38) and second in the 200 medley relay (1:24.38).
- In the Eddie Reese Texas Showdown, he ninth in the 50 free, the 100 fly, and 100 free. He swam in multiple relays including finishing first in both the 400 free relay and 200 free relay. He also finished fifth in the 200 medley relay.
- In a meet against No. 24 Minnesota (1/10) he won the 50 free (19.19), placed second in the 100 free (42.89) and was second in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.
- Competing against Grand Canyon (1/4) he swam in the 200 medley relay, being an anchor leg with a 19.32 split.
- Competing in the NC State Invite (11/21-23) he placed third in the 50 free (19.23) and was sixth in the 100 fly (45.71). Also competed in the 100 free and helped ASU win the 200 free relay (1:13.93). Appeared in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.
- In the tri-meet against No. 1 California and No. 9 Stanford (11/7-8), he contributed to a first-place finish in the 200 free relay (1:14.35). He also appeared in the 200 medley relay, 100 free, 400 free relay, and the 50 free.
- In the dual-meet against No. 5 NC State (10/25-26) he appeared in the 200 medley relay, took 4th in the 50 free (19.37). He also appeared in the 400 free relay, placed 4th in the 100 fly (46.21) and was part of the winning 200 free relay team (1:15.11) that set the NC State pool record.
- In the quad-meet against Arizona, NAU and GCU (10/12). Placed 2nd in the 400 medley relay, swimming a 48.48 breaststroke leg. He won the 50 free (19.83), one of two swimmers to be under 20-seconds. Then appeared in the 50 fly and was part of the winning 200 free relay, swimming a 19.03 third leg.
- Made his Sun Devil debut appearing in the 400 free relay and the 200 medley relay. He also placed 3rd in the 100 fly (46.57) and came in 2nd in the 50 free (19.59).
- Named Big 12 Men's Newcomer of the Week (Oct. 9) His first career weekly conference honor.
- Participated in the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 50m free.
