Palmer's high school team won the 5A1 state title three straight seasons...the state runner up in 2009...won the Thunderbird Arizona High School Senior Classic on May 22, 2011, at Gainey Ranch Golf Club Dunes/Arroyo with a 1-under 71, as the tournament had 40 players...placed fifth at the Thunderbird Invitational held at Papago Golf Course on Mar. 5-6, 2011, with a 2-over 146 (74-72).
