--Egor brings a strong and skilled game to Tempe. Was able to go on team's trip to China in summer of 2013 which gave him a head start on the 2013-14 season.
--With his involvement with Israeli U-18 team and ASU's trip to China, Egor competed was in Israel, Russia, United States, Ukraine, China and Estonia within a three-month period in the summer of 2013.
--Played high school hoops at The Sagemont School in Weston, Fla. He was born in Russia, went to Israel age 7 and has spent summers playing for the Israeli national team.
"The best way to describe Egor is he's a very hard-nosed, blue-collar kind of player," say high school coach Adam Ross. "He rebounds very well for a guard. He has a big, strong body. He can absorb contact and finish around the rim. And he can shoot the ball very well. For his age, he's very advanced offensively."
--Averaged 16.2 points and 7 rebounds and shot 39.1 percent from 3-point range in his junior season (2011-12).
--Egor is one of the 45 Sun Devil international student-athletes to compete at ASU in 2013-14 from 16 nations.
