Junior Hockey:
In his final season with the Chicago Steel, Justin Robbins helped lead his squad to the Clark Cup Championship, going 6-3-2 with a 2.38 goals against average and .910 save percentage. During the regular season, he appeared in 44 games with a 25-14-2 record, a 3.22 goals-against average and a .874 save percentage. Robbins was named Goaltender of the Week for the period ending Feb. 25, 2018 after a weekend of stopping 51 of 53 shots, including earning his first career USHL shutout.
"Justin has really rounded out his game this year as the primary starter in Chicago," said Powers. "He is quick, athletic and competes very hard in net. We're really excited about his upside."
