Signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins on Aug. 21, 2020

Sophomore (2019-20):

• One of only 10 defensemen in the NCAA to record 30+ points, finishing tied for 6th nationally with 32 points
• Finished tied for second in goals (11) among national defensemen with partner Brinson Pasichnuk
  • Led all NCAA d-men in game-winning goals with four
• Finished fourth in scoring among Sun Devils
• Was on the ice for nearly half of ASU's goals scored in 2019-20 (46-of-94), leading the next closest teammate by 7
  • Finished with a +12 rating -- tied for second on the team
• Scored the game-winning overtime goals against Brown and Holy Cross -- both in come-from-behind victories
• Recorded six multi-point performances, including two three-point games with a three-assist night (first of his collegiate career) against Robert Morris on Feb. 1
• Had two, four-game point streaks over the course of the season

Freshman (2018-19):

• Tied for the most points of any Sun Devil freshman with 20
• Had a four-game point streak in the middle of the season with two goals and three assists
• Recorded his first multi-goal game against Colorado College on Dec. 14
• Scored his first collegiate goal on Nov. 2 against then #6 Penn State
• Tallied his first collegiate point on Oct. 12 against then #1 Ohio State

Junior Hockey: 

• Tallied nine goals and 23 assists in 59 games for Dubuque (USHL) in 2017-18, which tied him for 5th overall for the Fighting Saints and led all defensemen
• Wore the 'C' for Dubuque in 2017-18
• Ranked 10th in scoring among all USHL defensemen in 2017-18
• Played for the U.S. National Development Team (USHL), U.S. U-18 and U-17 teams in 2016-17 and 2015-16
• Played Bantam and USHS-Prep at prestigious Shattuck St. Mary's in Minnesota
• Ranked No. 20 among 1999 birth year prospects by NeutralZone.net

Personal: Son of John and Lisa Maniscalco ... Youngest of three children (older brother, John, and older sister, Jessica)
