David Norris Season 2016-17

Redshirt Senior 2017-18: 

• Scored two goals against Princeton in a 4-3 OT win at Oceanside Ice Arena
• In the three of the four games that Norris scored at least one goal, the Devils ended the night with a win. 
• Similarly, the Devils record is 0-4 in the four games that Norris did not dress.
• Ended his final season on a point-scoring streak, notching at least one point in each of the last five games, including two assists at Michigan Tech. 
• Fourth leading point scorer with five goals and 11 assists for 16 total points through 30 games played.
• Saw time on the ice in 30 of the team's 34 game schedule. 
• Played in 102 NCAA games throughout his collegiate career
• Last Sun Devil to play for both the ASU Club program and the Division I program.

Redshirt Junior 2016-17: 

• Ranked in the top ten of leading point scorers with three goals and nine assists for 12 total points through 22 games played
• Collected three multi-assist games

ASU 2015-16:

• Sat out the 2015-16 season due to NCAA transfer rules

Freshman (2013-14 @ AIC):

• Played at American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts
• Grabbed a spot on the Atlantic Hockey Association's All-Rookie Team for his first-year performance
• Saw time in 34 games of the team's 35 played netting seven goals and 25 assists for 32 points which was good for second on the squad
• Lead all rookies in points for Atlantic Hockey Conference
• Finished top 5 for rookie points in the nation in NCAA Division I
• His 25 helpers is the most in school history since the team made the jump into the Division I ranks
• Was named Atlantic Hockey's Co-Rookie of the Week for his performances during the week of (2/2-2/9)
• Was name Rookie of the Month by Pops Tops Sportswear for the month of January
• Registered four assists in an 8-7 victory over Bentley (11/08)
• Collected one goal and one assist in a 4-3 triumph over Air Force (1/03)

High School/Club:

• Played in 106 junior games in Alberta Junior Hockey League and recorded 66 points

• Led all rookies on team in points in the 2011-12 season

• Most Improved Player for 2011-12 Calgary Mustangs

• Top Playmaker Award for 2012-13 Calgary Mustangs

Personal:

• Brother, Liam, also played hockey for the Sun Devils from 2011-16

• Enjoys golf and tennis as a hobby

• Says most exciting moment was playing in his first NCAA game
