Senior (2019-20):
- Became the first Sun Devil in program history to sign an NHL free agent contract after agreeing to terms with the San Jose Sharks on March 30, 2020
- Finished the regular season ranked 3rd among national defensemen in total points with 37, and tied for second in goals with 11
- Set a new program record for points (37) and assists (26) by a defenseman in a Sun Devil season
- Brinson was also one of just four national defensemen to record a hat trick, as he did so on a historic Senior Weekend
- He recorded his first-ever four-point game with his hat trick against Alaska Anchorage on Feb. 14
- He ended that Senior Weekend with five points and had eight points in his last four collegiate games
- Finished the season with eight double-digit performances in his last 15 games
- Averaged a point-per-game during the 2019-20 season (37 in 36 games)
- Had 12 double-digit performances overall during the season
- Missed one game in his four-year college career, but never missed a Division I match-up
- Only game he did not dress was against Division III Southern New Hampshire his freshman season
- Leaves ASU ranked No. 1 in games played (136), points (107), assists (68), and ranks No. 1 in every offensive category by a defenseman
- Ranks second in career goals scored, power-play goals and game-winning goals
- Is the only and first player in program history to reach 100 career points
Junior (2018-19):
- Scored the program's first NCAA Postseason goal with a 3rd-period tally against Quinnipiac in the first round on March 30
- Set a record for points (30) and goals by a defenseman (13) in a season
- Started the season with a three-game point streak (two goals and an assist)
- Has two game winning goals (vs. Omaha and Michigan State)
- Has three game winning assists (vs. Princeton, Colorado College and Boston College)
- Five times this season, Pasichnuk has tallied points in back to back games
- Became the second-ever player to be named captain of the team
Sophomore (2017-18):
- Four multi-point performances in the last six games
- Leads the team in points with 26 -- therefore surpassing his point total of 14 during his freshman season
- Tied for 17th in goals (8) and 23rd in total points (26) among NCAA defensemen
- Rode a three-game point streak from Jan. 13- Jan. 20 with two multi-assist performances
- Netted two goals against UMASS (10/06) and Alabama-Huntsville (11/04)
- Scored two goals in the 3-2 win over Michigan Tech to become the Ice Vegas Invitational champions
- Tallied three assists for five points in 10 games
- Played in every game this season
- Finished the season with eight goals and 18 assists for 26 total points
Freshman (2016-17):
- Selected to the College Hockey Inc. All-Underrated Team
- Totaled seven goals and seven assists in 31 games from the blue line
- Compiled two multi-point NCAA games, and scored his first multi-goal game on Nov. 12 against New Hampshire, which included the OT winner
- Ranked second on team with four PPG during the season
- Rode a four-game point streak starting on Oct. 8 through Oct. 21
- Netted a hat trick in an exhibition game against Simon Fraser on Feb. 10, while also assisting on two others for five points
- Scored his first NCAA goal on Oct. 14 against then-No. 18 Air Force, and earned his first NCAA point with an assist on Oct. 8 against then-No. 9 Notre Dame
Junior Hockey:
- Ranked as the No. 115 North American skater in the NHL Central Scouting midterm report, and the only player in the AJHL ranked at all.
- With 65 points, led all AJHL defensemen in scoring and was 15th overall (20-45–65 in 52 games).
- Competed with Canada West U19 at the World Junior A Challenge last season, and was teammates there with fellow Class of 2016 signee Tyler Busch.
- Played with brother Steenn for three years with Bonnyville Pontiacs.
Personal: Son of Michael and Kathi Pasichnuk ... brother Steenn plays for the Sun Devils ... has two other brothers, one younger and one older ... competed for his high school's handball, badminton and track team as the captain ... enjoys hunting, fishing, playing baseball, and water sports in his free time.
