Shelby Feltrop started her career at Arizona State University as a graduate athletic training student where she worked with the women’s soccer and gymnastics programs. She was then hired as an intern athletic trainer in January 2022 working with the gymnastics team. In June 2023, she was promoted to an assistant athletic trainer to continue her role serving the women’s gymnastics program.
A native of Taos, Missouri, Shelby earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from William Woods University in 2020. She then went on to earn her Master's of Athletic Training from Truman State University in 2021.
She is a certified and licensed athletic trainer in the state of Arizona. Shelby is a professional member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and Arizona Athletic Trainers’ Association. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling through Evidence in Motion and is a certified Sidelined USA Campus Liaison.
When she is not serving the gymnastics team, she enjoys playing with her dog, Sampson, golfing, working out and traveling.
