- Part of the 2017 team that reached the CIF Division I-A Football Championship
- Also a member of the Track & Field team in high school, competing in the 100, 200, 4×1, 4×2, and spring medley
- Three-year starter of the varsity team at Pittsburg Senior High School, seeing time on the varsity squad as early as freshman year
- Compiled 2,023 total all-purpose yards during his three years…also scored in a variety of ways, finishing his career with 28 touchdowns (13 rushing, 12 receiving, one interception, punt, and kickoff return each)
- Collected 95 total tackles, 21 passes defended, six interceptions, two forced fumbles and three tackles for loss during his career on the defensive side of the ball
