- Originally part of the 2018 class out of High School before going on his mission
- Three-star prospect according to 247 Sports, who rated him as the No. 60 offensive tackle prospect in the country and the No. 10 prospect in Hawaii for the 2018 class
- Looks to continue the recent success of Sun Devil offensive lineman from Hawaii, with redshirt freshman Ben Scott starting at right tackle this season
