Evaluated by ESPN as the No. 29 defensive tackle recruit in the country and the No. 59 overall prospect in the West region. Ranked as the No. 364 overall prospect and the No. 35 defensive tackle prospect nationally in addition to receiving a spot in the Top-30 overall prospects of California in 247 Sports Composite ranking
- Extremely productive in the 21 varsity games he played in over the course of three seasons, finishing his career with 110 total tackles, 32 tackles for loss, and 17 sacks according to MaxPreps
- Selected as one of Sacramento’s best lineman on either side of the ball by the Sacramento Bee heading into the 2019 season
- Compiled 45 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, five sacks, and an interception returned for a touchdown during his six-game senior campaign
- Broke onto the national scene with a dynamic junior year in which he recorded 45 total tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and ten sacks
