OVERVIEW:

  • One of the premier running backs in the West

SENIOR (2017):
  • Ended his senior season with 1,027 yards and 12 touchdowns, the second time in his career with 1,000+ yards in a season and nearly doubling his previous career-high of seven touchdowns
  • Racked up 100+ all-purpose yards in four of his last five games of his career
  • Named to the Phil Steele All-Pac 12 team following the season, earning third team recognition

JUNIOR (2016):
  • Has 100+ all-purpose yards in 10 of his last 16 complete games
  • Led the Sun Devils with 593 total rush yards and added 136 receiving yards for 729 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns
  • Had six receptions for 64 yards and added 34 rushing yards against Arizona (11/25)
  • Posted 62 rush yards and a touchdown against UCLA (10/8)
  • Rushed for 95 yards on 22 carries against UTSA (9/16)
  • Recorded 109 yards on 31 carries against Texas Tech (9/10) and added three catches for 31 yards
  • Rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown on a team-leading 19 carries in the opener against NAU (9/3)
SOPHOMORE (2015):
  • Amassed 1,407 yards from scrimmage, 648 of which came after first contact (46.1 percent)
  • Rushed for over 100 yards in seven of his appearances and had over 100 all-purpose yards in all but two of his complete games
  • His seven 100+ yard rushing games put him in elite company as just three other players in history had accomplished the feat (Woody Green twice, Freddie Williams and Art Malone)
  • Of his 1,407 yards from scrimmage, 648 came after first contact (46.1 percent)
  • Was the leading Sun Devil rusher against Texas A&M (9/5) with 73 yards on 16 carries
  • Had a big game against Cal Poly (9/12) with 121 yards on 25 rushes with two rushing touchdowns; Had his second consecutive 100+ yard rushing game against New Mexico (9/18), finishing with 104 yards on the ground but added 151 receiving yards on four receptions with two touchdowns, including a 93-yard catch-and-run; Made it three straight games with over 100 rushing yards, rushing for 131 yards with two touchdowns against USC (9/26); Had his fourth 100+ all-purpose yard game of the year against UCLA (10/3), finishing with 134 total yards (79 rushing, 55 receiving)
  • Had fourth 100-yard rushing game vs. Oregon (10/29), finishing with a career-best 135 yards and a touchdown
  • Had his second straight 100+ yard game against Washington State (11/7), finishing with 111 yards and a touchdown

  • Appeared as a true freshman in the opener against Weber State (8/28) and finished with 24 yards on the ground and one reception for 22 yards
  • Had the first touchdown rush of his career on a 49-yard scamper against UNM (9/6)
  • Had outstanding game against Utah (11/1), leading the team in rushing with 116 yards on 14 carries
  • Posted career highs with three receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown against Notre Dame (11/8) while adding 50 yards and a touchdown on the ground
  • Led the team with 68 rushing yards against Arizona including a 27-yard dash (11/28)
  • Was named the MVP of the Sun Bowl (12/27) after scoring a career-high four touchdowns (two rushing and two receiving)

  • Played in the 2014 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl in Carson, California
  • Product of the same high school that produced former ASU star Derek Hagan, the Pac-10 Conference's career leader in receptions at the conclusion of his Sun Devil career
  • Carried 503 times for 4,251 yards (8.5 average) with 63 rushing touchdowns over his three-year varsity career
