- Possesses exceptional speed and is a threat to score every time he touches the ball and has been clocked running a 4.38 40-yard dash.
- Patient runner who will wait for holes to develop and has the explosiveness to burst through them.
- Fits well into ASU’s offense due to his ability to get to the edge aggressively and turn up field and his cuts are extremely fluid and allow him to not break stride.

- Rushed for 551 yards and six touchdowns while catching 15 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns as a senior in 2015.
- Rushed for 858 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior in 2014.
- Played sparingly on varsity his freshman season in 2012, rushing for 244 yards and two touchdowns.
- Stole 29 bases and batted .438 with 26 RBI, earning All-District honors as an outfielder his junior season.
- Originally committed to Mississippi State as a junior, but eventually re-opened his recruitment. Chose ASU over reported scholarship offers from Arizona, Arkansas, Houston, Kentucky, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Texas A&M.
