ASU: Possesses good size...carries good bulk...has solid height...good receiver and displays the ability to be a nice red-zone target...good hands and consistently catches the ball with them and brings it in...displays good concentration and can make tough one-handed grabs...best asset as a receiver is that he will go up and attack the ball...displays the ability to consistently go up and catch it at its highest point...competes for ball and that helps make him a dangerous target in the end zone...runs solid routes and does a decent job of using his body to try and shield the defender from the ball...displays solid speed...rarely gets caught from behind...runs hard and will fight to break tackles...will be a good target in the passing game...has the size to be a solid inline blocker...displays good toughness.
2011: Spent 2011 campaign redshirting and on the scout team.
High School: Was a productive two-way player in high school...Caught 26 passes for 304 yards (11.7 average) and six touchdowns as a junior. He also had 10 sacks playing defensive end...turned down offers from California, Colorado, Washington, Boise State, Colorado State and New Mexico State.
