OVERVIEW:

• Made the transition to from inside linebacker to defensive end/devil backer this year
• Improved dramatically over his time at ASU, becoming an every day starter in his senior year.

• Compiled a career-high 37 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and seven sacks in 11 games during a breakout senior campaign.
• After having just 1.5 tackles for loss and no sacks in his career entering the season, Latu had 10.0 tackles for loss and 7.0 sacks as a senior
• Matched a season-high with five tackles and also added two tackles for loss and a sack in the Territorial Cup victory over Arizona.
• Recorded a career-high 1.5 sacks against San Diego State (9/9) and matched that total against Colorado (11/4).
• Had a sack for a 12-yard loss and a forced fumble in the Sun Devils victory over No. 5 Washington (10/14).
• Was named the team's Co-Outstanding Defensive Lineman for the season, as voted by the players and coaches. 

• Appeared in every game for the Sun Devils in 2016, starting five contests at a variety of different positions as he helped the team overcome injuries on defense with his versatility throughout the season.
• Finished the season with 22 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss

• Saw action in 12 games for the Sun Devils

• Finished with nine tackles
• Had five tackles against Weber State (08/28), tied for third most on the team

• Joined twin brother Viliami as members of ASU's 2013 signing class
• Recorded 94 tackles, two fumble recoveries, 1.5 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble as a senior in 2012
• Posted a season-high 12 tackles on two occasions and recorded 10 total stops twice as well
