2019 Outdoor:
- Continued her upward trend in the conference by taking 10th in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships
- Finished 28th in the 5,000 with an outdoor personal bst of 17:05.10 at the Pac-12 Championships
- Took third and clocked a personal best 4:33.50 in the 1,500 at the Sun Angel Classic
- Ran just once as a member of the DMR quartet at the NAU Friday Night Duals
2018 Cross Country
2018 Outdoor:
- Improved on her 13th-place finish from 2017 with a 12th-place run in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Finished 29th in the 5,000 at the conference meet.
- Ran a personal best 10:34.36 in the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
- Won her first race of the season as she ran a 6:59.25 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
2018 Indoor:
- Finished 40th at the MPSF Championships in the 3,000-meter run with a personal best 10:02.43.
- Won the 3,000 at the Puma Invitational and finished second in the mile at the NAU Tune-Up.
2017 Cross Country:
- Ran a personal best 20:35.3 6K at the Pac-12 Championships where she finished 62nd.
- Finished 62nd again two weeks later at the NCAA West Regional Championships.
- Won the ASU Cross Country Invitational women's race.
2017 Outdoor:
- Finished 13th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships where she also took 36th in the 5,000.
- Ran a personal best 4:41.52 in the 1,500-meter run at teh Jim Bush Collegiate Invitational.
- Took third at the Pac-10/Big Ten Challenge in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
2017 Indoor: Did not compete
2016 Cross Country:
- Finished 46th at the NCAA West Regional Championship.
- Took 48th at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Had her best finish at the ASU Cross Country Invitational where she took fifth place.
High School:
- A 2016 graduate of Flagstaff High School (Flagstaff, Ariz.)
- Lettered every year of high school, and was captain of her cross country team for 4 years
- Broke school records in the 3 mile and 5K runs at Flagstaff High School during senior year
- Named the AZ Sun Cross Country Girls Runner of the Year and Navajo Times 2016 Runner of the Year
- Became a Division II Individual State Champion in 2016
- Previously attended River Valley High School and broke school records for 400m, 800m and 3200m during freshman year and 300m hurdles and 1600m hurdles her sophomore year
