• Ran a personal best 4:45.49-mile time at the Iowa State Classic.
• Earned MPSF all-conference honors in the distance medley relay by heling the Sun Devils finish sixth.

2019-20 Cross Country

• Opened her season with a personal best 2.7-mile time of 16:20.3 at the Cactus Open.
• Ran a personal best 21:31.3 time in the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational.

2018-19 Outdoor

• Clocked back-to-back-to-back personal best times in three straight meets.
• Finished ninth with a personal best 2:06.09 in the 800-meter at the 40^th Sun Angel Classic.
• Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:20.59 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
• Clocked a 55.99 personal best 400-meter time at the Desert Heat Classic to finish 15^th.
• Earned Pac-12 all-conference honors in both the 800-meter and the 4x400-meter relay, finishing eighth in both events at the Pac-12 Championships. 

2018-19 Indoor

• Ran a personal best in each event she competed in, in her final meet of the season.
• Clocked a personal best time of 2:07.63 in the 800-meter to earn an all-conference honor at the MPSF Championships.
• Ran on the 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay squads at the MPSF Championships, finishing 12^th in both events.

2018-19 Cross Country

• Competed in her first collegiate cross-country season.
• Ran a personal best 19:03 in the 5K at the Mark Covert Classic.

2017-18 Outdoor

• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds where she finished 45^th in the 800-meter.
• Scored her first all-conference honor when she ran on the eight-place finishing 4x400-meter relay team.
• Clocked a personal best of 57.83 in the 400-meter at the Desert Heat Classic.
• Moved into the top-10 in school history outdoors with a 2:08.14 in the 800-meter.
• Broke 2:10 in the 800-meter three times.

2017-18 Indoor

• Ran a personal best 2:10.14 in the 800-meter at the Iowa State Classic to move into the top-10 in school history in the event.
• Clocked a personal best in the mile when she finished third in the event at the Husker Invitational.
• Ran on the 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay squads at the MPSF Championships. 

2016-17 Indoor/Outdoor

• Competed in her first collegiate track and field season, recording her first times in the 600-meter and 800-meter events.

High School

• Graduated from Golden Valley High School in 2016.
• Holds the Golden Valley High School record in the 800-meter and the 1,600-meter.
• Won 2016 Female Athlete of the Year.
• CIF-SS Division 2 800-meter champion (2015).
• Finished fourth in the Division 2 Cross Country CIF-SS Championship (2016).
• 2016 Cross Country Foothill League Champion.
• Two-time 800-meter Foothill League Champion (2015-16).

 
Personal: Born in Chino Hills, California to Jesus Tinoco and Shannon Brintnall . . . Mother was a soccer player at Cal Poly Pomona . . . Has five brothers and one sister . . . Is majoring in kinesiology.
