High School (Buchanan)
- Kynzlee Buckley attended Buchanan High School in Clovis, California, where she developed into one of the state’s top distance runners and helped the Bears maintain one of the nation’s premier cross country programs. She won the CIF Central Section Division I cross country title as a freshman and went on to compete at the CIF State Cross Country Championships in each of her four seasons, highlighted by an 11th-place finish as a freshman.
- Buckley also competed multiple times at Nike Cross Nationals, while posting high school bests of 16:19.60 for three miles and 17:36.10 for 5K. On the track, she qualified for the CIF State Championships, finishing 10th in the 1600m as a sophomore, and recorded personal bests of 4:56.53 in the 1600m, 10:54.43 in the 3200m and 2:16.42 in the 800m.
